Exchanges & Returns are allowed within 3 days of Receipt. There is a $35 Processing fee for this. Items on Sale are final Purchase. There cannot be returns or exchanges for any reason other than defect. ANY AND ALL exchanges must be in it's original condition received. Hair must not be colored, tampered with or cut !!Please be advised that we thoroughly check hair before shipping your tresses out for Quality assurance. There is very low possibilities of the hair having any defects before the hair reaches it's destination.
Order Cancellations are accepted within 3 days of Purchase. There is a 20% restocking fee of the order total. If you made a custom hair order you may not return, cancel or exchange your hair for any reason .
